Courtship According to Islamic Law

Understand for all .....
Assallamuallaikum wr wb ....
The term courtship can not escape from the teen, because one of the characteristics
youth that stands out is the feeling of pleasure to the opposite sex with
desire to have. At this time, a teenager typically
began to "crush" the opposite sex. Then he tried to approach
for a chance to reveal the contents of his heart. After
approach works and tit for tat, and they began
dating.

Courtship can be interpreted vary, but the point is
the love relationship between a teenager with the opposite sex. Practice
dating also vary, there are just send letters,
phone, fetch, escort or accompany go somewhere,
apples, until there were like a married couple.

Among teens today, dating to identity
very proud of. Usually a teenager would be proud and believe
yourself if you already have a boyfriend. Conversely teens who do not
has a boyfriend considered less slang. Therefore, find a boyfriend
among teens is not just a biological necessity but also
a sociological necessity. So no wonder, if now
majority of teens already have a special friend called "girlfriend".

Then how courtship in the view of Islam???
The term is not really well known courtship in Islam. For the term
relationships between men and women before marriage, Islam
introduced the term "khitbah (woo." When a man
like a woman, then he should mengkhitbahnya with
intention to marry her in the near future. During his khitbah,
they must maintain in order not to violate the rules
set by Islam, such as tandem, discuss
genitalia, touching, smelling, looking with lust, and do
should husband and wife.

There is a striking difference between going out with khitbah. Courtship
not related to wedding planning, while khitbah
is a step towards marriage. Both equations
a loving relationship between two people of the opposite sex who
not in marriage.
From the equation, actually almost no difference between
courtship and khitbah. Both will be related to how the
practice. If during the khitbah, relationships between men and women
men and women break the boundaries that have been set
Islam, then it was forbidden. Likewise courtship, if people in
berpacarannya do things that are forbidden by Islam, then it
is forbidden.

If someone claimed to love the opposite sex who are not
intended to marry at that time or in the near future,
is haraam? Of course not, because it is the nature of love
given gods, as in his words the following:
And among the signs of His power is that He created
you wives of your kind self, that you tend to
and reassures him, and made him among you think
love and affection. Surely, in that such a person is really
there are signs for a people who think. (Surat ar-Rum: 21)

God made love in human beings both in men
men and women. With a sense of love, human beings can live
pairs. The existence of marriage must necessarily be preceded flavor
of love. If there is no love, surely no one is willing to
build a home. As with any animal, they have
instinctive sexuality but do not have love, so
each time can change partners. Animals do not build houses
ladder.
Declaring love the honesty of heart does not conflict with
Islamic law. Because no single verse or hadith
explicitly or implicitly forbidden. Islam only gives
boundaries between what should and should not be in
relationship of men and women who are not married.

Among these limitations are:

1. Do not do anything that could lead to adultery
Allah says, "And come not near to adultery:
fact that adultery was a heinous act and a
bad road. "(Surat al-Isra: 32) The purpose of this paragraph, do not be
commit acts that could plunge you in
fornication. Among such acts as both-be a pair
with the opposite sex in a quiet, touching including
holding hands, kissing, and so forth.

2. No touching women who are not mahram
Rasulullah SAW said, "Better to hold the hot iron
instead of holding or touching a woman not his wife (if
he knew would be severe torment). '

3. Do not be alone with the opposite sex who is not mahram
Prohibited men and women who are not mahram for two-duan.
The Prophet said, "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day,
then do not ever with a woman he bersendirian
are not mahram, because they are evil. "(Narrated by Ahmad)

4. Must keep an eye or sight
For the eyes of the heart key. And the view that senders libel
often lead to fornication. Therefore, God
saying, "Say to the believing men let them
looked away (from the haram) and guard of honor
them ..... And say unto the woman let them
dim their eyes from the unclean and maintain the honor
them ... "(Surah An-Nur: 30-31)
That meant keeping his gaze that view,
did not take his opponent for granted especially looking
filled with the kind of passion surge.

5. Closing aurat
Obliged to women to keep the genitals and prohibited
wearing clothes that show her shape, except for
her husband. In the hadith says that women who leave the house
the dress showing curves, using oil
fragrant smell fragrant, put "make up" and so every
step condemned by the Angels, and any man who
looked the same as committing adultery with her. On the Day of Resurrection
Such women will not smell heaven (what else
go to heaven)
While the above restrictions are not violated, the law may be dating.
But the problem is it possible courtship without pandanga n looked at each other,
holding, joking fun, kissing, and so forth. If
may please dating, but if not possible then do not
dating ever since a painful doom awaits you.
